This Privacy Policy explains how Infynox Trends (OPC) Private Limited ("Infynox Trends", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit our website at infynoxtrends.com (the "Website"), request a quote, engage our services, or otherwise interact with us.
Infynox Trends (OPC) Private Limited is a One Person Company incorporated in India, having its registered office at C-1311, Pragati IT Park, Mota Varachha Main Road, Utran, Surat, Gujarat 394105, India, and registered under GSTIN 24AAOCR4427R1ZN. We provide digital marketing and branding services, including branding and identity, SEO and content, social media marketing, performance advertising, web design and development, and video and motion services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in a fair, lawful and transparent manner in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("SPDI Rules"), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act", as and when its provisions come into force), the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we act as a "Data Fiduciary" in respect of the personal data we determine the purposes and means of processing, and you are the "Data Principal" to whom that personal data relates.
This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 4 of the SPDI Rules, and constitutes an electronic record generated by a computer system that does not require any physical or digital signature.

02 1. Scope and Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, prospective clients, clients and other individuals whose personal data we process in connection with the Website and our digital marketing and branding services. It covers information collected through the Website, through enquiry and quote-request forms, over email, telephone or messaging channels, and in the course of delivering our services under retainer engagements, one-time projects and digital deliverables.

We are a services business and do not sell or ship any physical goods; all deliverables are provided digitally or electronically.

- Payment information: where you make a payment, the transaction is processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or other complete payment credentials on our own servers; we may retain limited, non-sensitive transaction references (such as an order ID, payment status and the last few digits of an instrument) provided by the payment gateway.
- Technical and usage information: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, links you click, and the date, time and duration of your visit, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Cookies and analytics data: identifiers and usage data collected through cookies, pixels, tags and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Website and to measure and improve our marketing and content.

Under the SPDI Rules, "sensitive personal data or information" (SPDI) includes information such as passwords and financial information such as bank account, credit card, debit card or other payment instrument details. In the ordinary course of providing digital marketing and branding services, we do not require you to share sensitive personal data with us.
Any payment-related sensitive information you enter during checkout is collected and processed directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partner and is not stored by us. Where we do collect any SPDI, we do so only with your consent, only for a lawful purpose connected with our services, and we protect it using the reasonable security practices described in this Policy. You have the right to decline to provide such information, though this may limit our ability to provide certain services.

We are committed to resolving your concerns promptly. We will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and endeavour to redress it within one (1) month from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable law. If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the appropriate authority, including, once its provisions are in force, the Data Protection Board of India.
